Snow Glow

Thank you to our 2012 Sponsors

And a big Thank You to everyone who come out to support JA at the

2012 JA Show Glow

WHAT was it

Junior Achievement of Northwest Michigan’s annual winter fundraiser is a family-friendly evening event that includes snow shoeing and cross country skiing on lighted trails, yummy soup provided by Grandview Catering, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores around a firepit, family activities and wonderful silent auction items that will tempt bidders!

WHERE was it

Our wonderful host venue is Timber Ridge Resort, located at 4050 Hammond Road, Traverse City 49686.  Brick Wheels will host our event, too, providing ski rentals for only $5.00, if you need them, based on availability.   Bring your own skis or snow shoes, if you have them.  We will have snow shoes available at no charge, based on availability.

TIP  Label your skis and snowshoes!

WHEN was it

Snow Glow takes place on Saturday, January 21 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Minimum suggested donation is $5.00 per person/$20.00 per family.  VISA, MC and Discover will be accepted for registrations, donations and silent auction items.

WHY AND YAHOO!

Fifth Third Bank is issuing a special challenge to Snow Glow event participants.
The bank will match up to $5,000 of the entrance fees and donations the night of the event!   This is a unique opportunity to raise program funds for Junior Achievement.

We could provide our excellent, effective programs to two entire schools – 24 classrooms – 600 students – if you help Fifth Third turn $5,000 into $10,000 the night

of Snow Glow!  Now, that’s a challenge that is worth it!
